We collect your email address and password when you register. We also process content you submit for scanning (voice files, text, images), but this content is analyzed and immediately deleted after processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used only for account authentication and support communications. Submitted content is used solely to provide the scam detection service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Account data (email, scan history summaries) is stored securely. Submitted files (audio, images) are deleted immediately after analysis. We never store the raw content of your submissions.

4. Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@scamshield.io.
